I draw from my experiences working in business operations and project management and as a social work professor. My goal is to help build capacity and develop relationships and infrastructure necessary to support a culture for learning and staff that will benefit from a collective learning environment.

I am a Certified Advanced Practitioner in Emergent Learning, which I draw upon to accelerate a group’s best thinking.

I work with philanthropy, business, governmental, private, and non-profit sectors. I am an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work, a Fellow and Faculty with the Emergent Learning Community Project, and a board member of Rocky Mountain Equi Rhythm, an equine therapy non-profit.
